Ingredients:

1 sheet frozen puff pastry

8 cups of soup or pot pie mix, precooked and cooled

1 egg

Method of Preparation:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Remove pastry from freezer and allow to sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.

On a well-floured surface, cut each sheet of dough into six equal size squares.

Fill six mugs or ramekins (or any desired serving dish) with equal portions of your soup or pot pie mix.

Place pastry squares on top of mix in each dish.

Bake for 12 minutes or until dough is golden and puffed up.
